Brookbend Grove Owners' Association is the Homeowners' Association for the Brookbend Grove Subdivision located in Waxahachie, Texas.  Brookbend Grove is a deed restricted, quiet neighborhood of 124 lots, boasting custom homes and a convenient location.  The fundamental purpose of the Association is to maintain or increase home values and enhance the desirability and tranquility of the neighborhood through enforcement of the Covenants and Restrictions and through common area improvements and special projects.  Dues are collected annually each December.
